LiveWELL Lancaster County Coalition (LLCC), formerly known as the Lancaster Health Improvement Partnership (LHIP) has been a coalition of community members, businesses, health and human service organizations working together to improve Lancaster County since 1990. In 2014, LHIP rebranded to the LiveWELL Lancaster County Coalition. LLCC invites you and your organization to join our coalition to network, share ideas and join our effort to make Lancaster County a healthier place to live, work, play and pray.
